NOTICE OF NEW SHOW AT THE GALLERY
All Plano Art Association members are cordially invited to submit artwork for the upcoming exhibit at the Plano Art Association Gallery in the Shops at Willow Bend.
“MADE IN PLANO”
All art, all sizes!
Deadline to submit call: March 11, MIDNIGHT
Submission Rate $30: submit 1-5 pieces.
If you have less than 5 entries, put NA into the entry form for the remaining spaces.
Please submit items that have not been shown in the gallery in the last 6 months and have been created within the last 5 years.
Work must be the original artwork of the person(s) submitting the entry.
Awards will be equivalent to 50% of the entry fees.

The exhibit will be on display and available for sale in the Plano Art Association Gallery in The Shops at Willow Bend from
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 through Sunday, April 19, 2026
Each member may submit up to five (5) works for a fee of $30. 2-D and 3-D entries will be accepted contingent on adequate display capacity and meeting the criteria in this prospectus.
2-D work may include any paint media, collage and mixed media, photography, fiber, and found objects, etc, that can hang on the wall. No more than 5" deep.
3-D work may include pottery, sculpture, glass, fiber, wire, jewelry, etc., that requires a pedestal or shelf space.
SUBMISSION DETAILS:
No extensions on deadline! Submission information and images are registered online. Please make sure your information is correct before hitting that SUBMIT button!
Digital files must be uploaded as .jpeg files and must be named using the following formats using your name and the title of your work:
FirstNameInitial.lastname.artworktitle.jpeg
(example) G.Pruitt.FigLeaf.jpeg
This format is important for uploading to our POS and our PAA website.
Images of framed artwork should show only the artwork itself unless the frame is an integral part of the artwork.
All wall-hung pieces must be ready to hang with D-rings and taut wire; no eye hooks or saw-tooth hangers.
Artwork must be family friendly. (Gallery Directors and Show Chairs reserve the right to reject artwork that does not meet the requirements in this call for entries.)
Attach a note on the back of all pieces you deliver that includes:

Title of Work
Medium
Price (or mark NFS if the piece is Not for Sale.)
We encourage you to submit artwork for sale.
Reminder: Plano Art Association collects a 30% commission on all items sold during the exhibit. Price your art accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: By participating as an artist, you must work at least two shifts (or provide a worker) at the gallery during the exhibit.
