Plano Art Association Members are invited to join forces with the Collaborative Arts of Plano to fill the Courtyard Theater with Art to "Celebrate the Arts." Let Music, Dance, Theater, Visual arts...etc. be your inspiration!
You may submit up to two pieces for the upcoming exhibit at the Courtyard Theater:

The exhibit will be on display and available for sale in the Courtyard Theater from Wednesday, July 23, 2025, to Monday September 1, 2025.
Each member may submit up to two (2) works for a fee of $30. 2-D entries will be accepted contingent on adequate display capacity and meeting the criteria in this prospectus.
2-D work may include any paint media, collage and mixed media, photography, fiber, and found objects, etc, that can hang on the wall, and sized 60" wide or smaller. (Larger pieces may be accepted if space is available)

No extensions on deadline! Submission information and images are registered online. E Please make sure your information is correct before hitting that SUBMIT button!
We encourage you to complete your artist cards with bio and artist statement for the gallery catalog and bring it with your artwork.
Digital files must be uploaded as .jpeg files and must be named using the following formats using your name and the title of your work for entries 1 through 2. Keep digital images smaller than 1MB.
FirstNameInitial.lastname.artworktitle_01.jpeg
FirstNameInitial.lastname.artworktitle_02.jpeg, up to 5 images, e.g.,
G.Pruitt.FigLeaf_01.jpeg, G.Pruitt.Circles_02.jpeg, and so on.
Images of framed artwork should show only the artwork itself unless the frame is an integral part of the artwork.
All wall-hung pieces must be ready to hang with wire; no eye hooks or saw-tooth hangers.
Artwork must not contain nudes or suggestive content. (Gallery Directors reserve the right to reject artwork that does not meet the requirements in this call for entries.)

Price (Or mark it NFS if the piece is Not for Sale. We encourage you to submit artwork for sale.)
Reminder: Plano Art Association collects a 30% commission on all items sold during the exhibit. Price your art accordingly.
